That will not be the case when selecting the company for my next move. When a service provides me with quality service done on time, efficiently and with no damage I don't comparison shop. Everybody was awesome, from the office staff, to movers as well as 2 Men and a Junk Truck. Would definitely recommend and use again. This was my first moving experience and it went very well.

The boys were fast, and they wrapped the stuff that needed to be wrapped - but they were young, and just wanted to get the job done as it was terribly hot. They stacked things a little to high and boxes fell off the top on the dolly and they piled things where they were not gonna be supported in the truck- things broke. Some things that should not have broken if properly stored right in the truck.

To the Packing crew (Sean, Gary, Josh, and Chaundry) and the Moving crew (Magic, Jeremy, Andre, Matt, plus 4 more amazing men) - you guys are amazing. Saying they were magic is way too corny - but they were. :) They were quick, efficient, and professional, yet they still managed to have a bit of fun. They totally made my day(s) and made this move less stressful. Thank you so much!

Our move was Big! The team worked hard but we are noticing dents and scratches on furniture, missing “pieces” and we were told our racks were going to unassembled and reassembled however not one of them are back together. All the boxes that belong on the racks are in a “heap” in the basement. We were led to believe they were assembling in the basement since many of the guys were down there, None!
