I want to say think you to the Deborah at the Livonia, MI office as she was very communicative and followed up with phone calls and made sure everything went smoothly, and described to me how the whole process will happen.
the moving crew showed up on time as scheduled, and they did not waste any time, they went straight into moving and packing, and they did an awesome job moving everything.

There were three guys. For a 800 sq. Ft townhome (2bedroom) it took them 4 hours to finish the move. From house to house was approximately 15 minutes. They were hanging out in their truck, playing music, eating/drinking on the job, even left their empty beverage bottle along with other misc. pieces of garbage. They wanted to change where furniture was wanted in the new house. Very unprofessional

Everything was so efficient, smooth, and worked within my schedule easily. This was our first time using a moving service and we weren't sure what to expect, but it surpassed all my expectations. Office team was courteous and explained things perfectly. The virtual walk through was so quick and easy to arrange. Terrance and the other mover (didn't get his name) had a great attitude and we're fast!
