I had scheduled a move and there was a glitch with the rental agency and our local rep Chelsea and Ashley assisted me with rescheduling . They both could not have been nicer and professional knowing how stressful moving is. The crew that came to do the move had it added to their schedule at the end of their day. I was especially impressed with my moving crew. They could not have been more accommodating. They worked extremely hard in very hot weather and got the job done much quicker than I would have expected. I don't think I could have asked for better workers. They were polite, professional, personable, and just overall GREAT! I don't normally fill out surveys, but felt compelled to let you know what great employees you have!

A damage report was filled out for a damaged chair but no one has contacted me for the repair. I followed up with my moving consultant and still have not heard anything.

The two young men who moved our furniture were top notch. Would not hesitate to have them help with the rest our our move.
