Super happy the day of- but now that we are unpacking boxes a lot of items are broken. The packing staff should be a little more careful when packing. I feel itandacirc;??s common sense to not put fragile glass in with a coffee machine...also there should have been fragile written on the box.

From the moment Laura answered the phone I knew I was in good hands...So friendly...so courteous...so professional. You were able to accommodate and help us on very short notice and we were so grateful. Moving parents into a home is never easy. When Scott and the others showed up I was at ease. Scott made me feel so much better by his calm andamp;acirc;€œpepandamp;acirc;€ talk and professionalism. They were all so professional yet personal. The perfect mix. The work they performed could not have been better. They took extreme care with every piece they moved...almost as if it were their own grandparents person treasures. Original estimate was not accurate to the size of the truck. Moving staff was great and the only reason I would use you again. You sent coupons to our house and then we were told that they did not apply. I feel that we were already charged top dollar. The office person was not much help and went told a manager would call. It has been 10 days and we have not heard anything. We will be moving things out of storage in six months and we probably would not consider Twi Men andamp; A Truck.

Hello, I did already state most of this to the office when they called the day after asking how everything went. While the movers were very courteous and kind this was by far the most unmotivated move we have ever experienced. It seemed there was no direction or coordination to make the efficient. A few years ago we moved a 5 bedroom home (which included a storage trip) in 2/3 the time it took to move a two bedroom apartment, . The job wasnandacirc;??t finished before we ran out of time at 9.5 hours. I had to coordinate other arrangements to finish the job. It seemed there was not experience in moving before and felt I could have had the same experience hiring friends or neighbors. My past experiences with different companies were efficient. From my initial phone call, it was a very positive experience. Lisa explained their services very thoroughly, and just made it all very easy! We were set for Monday, but on Friday we discovered we were ready sooner than planned. I sent out an email and received a call almost immediately; the guys were able to come that day.
The men were all very professional and extremely speedy!! They were knowledgeable in how to take things apart and everything was wrapped to prevent damage.
All in all it was a very positive experience and we'd most definitely recommend them for jobs big and small. We were only moving to our basement for a remodel, and will be calling them back when we're ready to move back upstairs!
