The driver and his helper were great and they put up with the neighbors cats just like it was another day. Very polite very courteous and it was really great to work with them. Only thing I have is that I was never contacted on Monday after my move and I have not received a copy of my invoice to show I paid any money because there was no Internet in the area that I am living in. Would like a call.

During my last move I tried to do everything myself in order to save as much money as possible and regretted it. After Two Men and a Truck came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, I asked them for a quote for my move and was genuinely surprised by how reasonable the cost was. Carson, Kyle and Joey were professional, kind and did a great job moving my things. No hidden fees, no stress.

Good news:
- They moved the heavy stuff as planned.
- It was accomplished in the estimated time frame.
Not so good news:
- There were not careful with finished wood floors. You cannot drag furniture across these floors without damage. It took two lectures on my part to convince them. I had assumed they would know that since they are in the moving business.
- A long gouge in the drywall.

The moving team showed up on time, shrink wrapped moving blankets around all furniture pieces to protect them. Were very careful not to damage walls, doorways, stair wells, etc. Moving team was courteous, listened, and made sure everything was right where we wanted it at the new location. Would highly recommend Two Men and Truck from the Grand Rapids, MI North location.
