You'll should start coming out checking the houses to see if you'll can do the job, because while the movers are trying to figure out how to get the stuff inside it's costing us money

Thank you for your honest feedback, Fredricka. We are sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your recent move. It looks like some of your furniture items were too large, making it difficult for the movers to fit them into your new home. Although we take detailed inventory at the time of booking, we don't ask for furniture and doorway measurements unless the customer expresses concern prior to the move. In the future, we recommend planning ahead and measuring larger items to make certain they will fit the dimensions in your new home.
