You'll should start coming out checking the houses to see if you'll can do the job, because while the movers are trying to figure out how to get the stuff inside it's costing us money

It looks like some of your furniture items were too large, making it difficult for the movers to fit them into your new home. Although we take detailed inventory at the time of booking, we don't ask for furniture and doorway measurements unless the customer expresses concern prior to the move. In the future, we recommend planning ahead and measuring larger items to make certain they will fit the dimensions in your new home.

The moving team was very courteous and kept moving the whole time. They were attentive to requests and moving our possessions with care. There was an issue with packing of the second truck (some items not on it) but that has been addressed by the office team in an expedient manner. It was a good overall experience and would recommend them!
