Poor estimate of time and space needed to move listed items that I captured more than I even needed. Let know of dissatisfaction and was promised call back to schedule additional move day on Monday. Never received call. House in meantime in disarray while trying to sell. Movers were great even though lost one worker within hour due to a fall that occurred. Other than movers I am dissatisfied.

First, the office team I worked with was great. I received my quote, we did a video walk through and they communicated with me leading up to the move. Two trucks, four men. These young men were freaking awesome. They were fast, professional, courteous. I can’t say enough about how great these guys were. They made this whole house move look and feel easy and less stressful.

The dolly brought to move an upright piano was inadequate, even when I told the office when I placed the order that the piano was large and very heavy. THE CREW DROPPED THE PIANO when moving it out the door and down steps.

The power cord on my chest freezer WAS CUT. The remediation call I received offered to come out and put electrical tape on it.
