Scheduling delivery of your mobile storage containers is easy! Is TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® licensed for both local and long-distance moves?
- Yes. Our Comstock Park team is fully bonded, licensed, and insured. We operate under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s requirements and carry all necessary coverage for liability, property damage, and cargo protection. You’ll never have to worry about unqualified movers.
How is pricing set?
- We aim for clear, upfront pricing. Your quote is based on the details of your move, such as the items you’re relocating, the mileage between homes, and whether you’ll need packing materials. Charges are billed hourly, with additional time broken down into 15-minute increments.
What types of services can I choose from?
- We know every move is different. That’s why we offer more than just transportation. Services include packing, unpacking, short- or long-term storage, and help with loading or unloading. Our staff will work with you to create the right plan for your situation.
What protections are in place for my belongings?
- Your items matter to us. We provide valuation coverage for added peace of mind. For moves within 40 miles, we insure your items at their current market value. For longer-distance moves, coverage is calculated at $6 per pound.
Will there be extra fees for special situations?
- No. If your move involves stairs, narrow entries, or long carries, just let us know ahead of time. Those details will be included in your estimate, so there aren’t any unexpected costs later.
What happens if something is damaged?
- If damage occurs, please notify us within 96 hours, or our movers can document it on site. Our operations manager will then arrange for repair or replacement through trusted vendors, keeping the process as smooth as possible.
What’s the policy on cancellations or delays?
- We do our best to stay on schedule. If we arrive outside your two-hour arrival window, you’ll receive 10% off your move. You can cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations are subject to a one-hour labor fee.
