I decided to use a moving company to save my husband back and trying to get friends to move our appliances.
The two young men that came to my house first off shook my hand and introduced themselves - that right there made me think - very professional. They were very careful about moving my appliances. This was actually a 3 stop move that I had arrange where they came to my house - first stop - to move my refrigerator from the basement out to their truck as I was donating that to a ministry in SW Detroit. They then moved my stove and refrigerator from my kitchen downstairs to the basement. 2nd stop they picked up a standup freezer and then delivered the freezer and my refrigerator to a 3rd stop (the ministry house). Those two young men were 'herculean'. 5 stars!!!

I was extremely happy with the service I received, from the initial phone call to the last item moved. Nancy in the office was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. I have several antique pieces of furniture and Alex, Ryan, and Matt were very respectful and careful in the handling of these and all of my things. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was overall highly satisfied with my experience with the Brownstown location. I was in a time crunch to move and I called several Two Men and Truck locations. The Brownstown team had it together. Nancy, my official contact was most helpful. And the 2 gentlemen who did my move were hard working, courteous and explained things that were helpful for me to know in my moving process. I would request these 2 movers specifically for my next move.

Movers right away wanted to charge extra for items. They didn't move what was in the quote. The price of the move was on the highest end of the quote. Still had to go back several times for all the items not moved. Will not recommend this company.
