Excellent from start to finish. I wish I remembered their names, but they were curtious, professional, and timely. The only improvement would have been on orientating a king mattress frame. Mine doesnt have a headboard so it a little harder to recognize, but it had to be rotated 90 degrees. I would recommend to anyone even if it's only for a couple bulky item. It's worth it!

Your team members were absolutely wonderful and very professional. Showed up on time and took the time to move the item’s with care as if they were moving their own Mom’s items. I would give all 10’s ( if allowed).

The gentlemen who came to my home were very pleasant and informative. The cost I felt was too much and had I known it would be 300.00 to move a refrigerator from the attached garage to the kitchen I would never have utilized your service. I was informed of the hourly cost I did not realize I had to pay for inspection and documentation time or that it would take as long as it did.

We do apologize that we did not exceed your expectations on this move. The hourly rate begins when we leave our office and concludes upon arrival back to our office. We do not charge a travel or fuel fee. We do apologize if this was not communicated ahead of time via phone but it is written into the pre-move paperwork that we email once the move is booked.

This all started when Tiffany answered all my questions in the initial call. They were able to fit my move in on the day I requested with no problems. Corey, Dillion and Joseph came and worked their tails off to get me packed and moved as quickly as possible. Great job! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing packing and moving services
