Great job. Easy to book and schedule, the guys were 5 minutes early to pick up and completely done within an hour. Very careful with the furniture, both leaving the house and at destination. Courteous too

they were very careful with my antique furniture and when we got to the house and started placing furniture they made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. great job!!!

The interaction with the sales team
Was great.

The moving team were polite but over cautious. The molding on a door was damaged during the move but the team provided instruction as to how to handle. I will not know if my landlord charged me for the damage until I receive a settlement statement .

I would never recommend Two Men and a Truck. The crew were unexperienced, they took a chunk of wood off our bannister. They couldn't get a wardrobe down the stairs. After they left, my husband and neighbor got it down easily. They left half the boxes and some furniture behind. They didn't organize the truck properly, they could have taken much more than what they took. The amount we were charged was way too much. We still had to move the things they left behind, which was more than what they did.

Movers gouged floor by dragging furniture across it. They put drinks down on wood furniture and left marks. The truck was just jammed with boxes and furniture. They did not wrap wooden furniture. Definitely the B team. Would not recommend. They need to train the crew in how to pack and move furniture/boxes safely.

The movers were great and we had some very large and heavy items that needed to be moved. There was some damage to our walls and some items broken at pick up. They did notify us of the damage.

The team was very pleasant to deal with. Nothing seemed to faze them. They just kept on working till the job was done. Could have let me know when Furniture got scratched instead of my finding it later.
