Everything went smoothly and the team that moved my items were AMAZING!! Truly did an incredible job and the care of my items was never in question. My only complaint is the cost. $1200.00 was the high-end of my Quote and I then moved 2 nightstands, a desk and a console to attempt and decrease cost and it was still at the top end of the Quote. Very Pricey - but they did a great job.

What I believe to be the "head" guy leading the group was in too much of a hurry. I would have rather them slow down and handle my belongings a little better. Unnecessary damage if a little more care and time went into the pieces. Other than that the team was great and got the job done well. Just slow it down a little and take some care with items.

We had way more stuff than the truck would hold so we had to rent a U Haul to finish the move. A miscommunication between me and the office could have been avoided if I had a better idea of the volume of goods and the office had asked more questions. The company decided to keep the load at its facility over night and charged extra. I believe the company should reduce the extra charge by half.

That description is totally right on.

I was rescued, my housing decided to close the parking area the day you were scheduled to move me.

You did not miss a beat. I am 83, worried I would get fined or lose my opportunity to move. The movers who care moved me the following weekday, no fine, no extra fee. "Not your fault."

They were wonderful. Professional, friendly, great communication, and without knowing that I have a move coming up from Boston to SoPo. I will definitely be calling you!

Matt and his crew were really great! They were on time and all worked efficiently and respected the house, with no mess or a ding anywhere! They carefully wrapped and secured everything in the truck and were always professional and considerate. I will definitely use them again when moving out of storage and highly recommend them without any reservations.

They guys were amazing. They were all relatively new to the company, but they knew each other and worked SO well as a team (I told them this). They were fast, courteous, careful, and kind. HIGHLY recommend!
