Your driver should be terminated. His attitude was totally inappropriate. The only saving grace was the Jamaican gentleman Dwayne. He was very helpful and tried to offset the attitude of the rest of the crew.
After the crew left my wife broke into tears.
What should've been a happy event was ruined by the driver.
The event was horrendous, "Never again".

The sales team lied to me about the cost of the move. The movers were incompetent, and could not complete the move as needed and I am very, very dissatisfied.

The movers were quick, however, they couldn’t move my washer and dryer and didn’t offer any solutions or try any other options to get it out. I had to leave behind my appliances which was a bummer. They also broke a coffee table of mine. They didn’t listen to direction as I explained what items were going to storage but had to repeat myself many times. They also threw my stuff all around the truck
