Few was courteous and polite and seemed to understand my situation. Only unhappiness was 3 bumps into the walls. Men were very efficient.

Everything I have to say about your team and my experience with them is Superior. The team arrived right on time. This team introduced themselves which I thought was smart. Throughout the move these gentlemen checked with me as to where furniture should be placed and were happy to move items around. These "three" gentlemen worked very well together; they were certainly a "team". Because they worked so well together they were finished the move ahead of the estimated time of completion. They were always very courteous. I would use your company
again and have already recommended it to colleagues. Just wish I could have afforded bigger tips for them. (Service like this does not happen very often.)

The moving staff was fantastic. Only issue I had was that we were charged twice for our move, the issue was immediately corrected and because it was handled quickly I would definitely use Two Men & a Truck again. Thank you all.

The moving team seemed mostly good while moving. They did break a number of items: they dropped a craftsman toolbox off of a table onto the floor causing a gouge in the hardwood floor and bent the toolbox beyond repair (about 3/4" out of square and the ball-bearing drawers are not usable), several boxes within markings such as this side up, do not stack, etc were damaged - this included a microscope and multiple kitchen glassware items. The china cabinet, although wrapped well, looks like it was slid across a floor such that the veneer broke off of the bottom of it. My overall rating of poor is due to the number of items damaged - the cost of replacement of these significantly increased the cost of the move.

Everything about the experience was great, and I do realize that accidents happen, but something happened, and a dolley rolled down a staircase damaging two walls in the old house.

The team that moved me (Kyle, Dorian, Michael) was fantastic! On time, very professional and courteous, and able to be flexible as we made mid-move decisions about items going into storage. They made an otherwise stressful day much easier to bear.
