I didn’t hire two men and a truck until about 2 days before I needed to move. I called during a 10minute window on my lunch break and was able to get everything set up in that time! Communication before the move was excellent and the movers themselves made everything so easy. They were friendly, fast, and exactly on time. Well worth every penny!

Booking the job was fast and easy. I did NOT like having to pay a fee for the movers to come to a job where they were getting paid. I don't know of any industry where the cost of arriving at a job is paid by the customer. The movers themselves were very nice but did some damage to the one piece of furniture that they moved that I realized later that day. The front doors (on both sides) of the book case that they moved had white paint streaks on it which suggests they hit the door frame of the room the furniture was being moved out of. I tried to get the paint off but this resulted in the stain being removed from the furniture so I left the paint lines on the furniture.

Moving was fine and almost everything was moved without damage. 1 lamp was broken and we never heard anything about a replacement or money back for the damages. Moving was also very slow and took longer than was estimated and longer than we felt it should take. Overall experience was okay, but for the price being double every other moving company we looked into we would not comeback or recommend to other people who are moving.

The four young men that came to move my wife and I were quick, efficient and professional. They explained the process in great detail and reassured us our things would be handled with care. Great team!

I have spoken with Brett at length about my concerns. Suffice it to say I shall not use you again nor will I recommend you. I have used TwoMenanda Truck in Orlando and the experience was fantastic. I am disappointed with the lack of care toward my belongings demonstrated by this Baltimore based team. Brett told me they were one of the more experienced teams. I shudder at that thought. As I continue to root through boxes because hey were not labeled (and I paid you to pack me), my ire only increases. While Brett gave me a 20% discount on my move, none was given for the packing. I would like you to reconsider that. I really am quite angry over this shoddy, shoddy move.

The people in the office when we made the appointment we’re very conscientious very accommodating and polite .
The two men who came and did the move for us made the experience awesome !!! They worked really hard always were respectful and had a smile. They moved my sons apartment to a mini storage and then back to my house . It was a long couple of hours , lot of heavy lifting and hard work and these guys were just fantastic !!

All personnel were helpful and seemed proficient, caring and competent. Special thank you to the first crew who navigated a horribly muddy driveway in the pouring rain. However, it required 3 separate deliveries to finally end this transaction. It was frustrating and an inconvenience for everyone involved. My things had been in storage for over a year and the individual vaults had apparently been moved from the original location. This was the explanation given as to why these items were not loaded onto the truck for the original delivery. I spoke to the general manager several times, in an attempt to resolve the problem of missing items. He was apologetic, understanding and DID finally locate my items. Hopefully, their tracking system has improved.

From the office staff to the moving crew, I had an excellent experience. The office staff was always pleasant. The moving crew was very professional and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during a stressful time. I definitely recommend your company.
