We're Proud of Our Community Involvement

Our location will be participating in the very successful Movers for Meals® food drive campaign which runs October 1st thru mid November. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®  partners with schools, businesses, food pantries, and the local community. If you'd like to be a collection site, please contact our Marketing Director. We'll provide you all the details, including boxes, posters and donation pick-ups.

The non-pershiable food donations will benefit the Baltimore Area Food Bank. 

Our annual Movers for Moms® campaign, which aims to collect essential care items for local mothers in need in the months before Mother's Day. This campaign was wildly successful in past years and we exceeded our goal for 2018 making a huge impact in the Baltimore community. This is one example of how we are the "Movers Who Care®" in and around Baltimore!!

We've kicked off our 2019 Movers for Moms® campaign and are proud to be supporting two great non-profit organizations:

We are now accepting donations of toiletries, clothing and items for their young children.  We are fortunate enough to work with some great businesses and individuals in the Baltimore area who are pitching in as donation collection sites:

This years 2017 Movers for Moms® Campaign receipent is The House of Ruth. We are delighted to be able to provide baskets filled with personal care items. Having the support of local organizations, businesses and schools is crucial to our ability to serve mothers in need. For the 3rd year we donated moving supplies and moving services to LLS for their Annual Black Tie Gala Man & Woman of The Year  in Baltimore. We donated a full service move, picking up 40 auction items from their Owings Mills office and delivered them to the venue hosting their event in the Inner Harbor.  We are looking forward to partnering with them again! 

This fall we are once again helping the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. We'll deliver their set up supplies for the Baltimore Light The Night Walk held on November 11th.These teams and their communities Light The Night at our walks where we gather together to celebrate, honor and remember those touched by cancer.BRING LIGHT TO THE DARKNESS OF CANCER!

In its first year of operation LightHouse DC blew past its original goals and helped over 100 families move into a place they can call home. It was our pleasure to help LightHouse DC exceed these goals and we were honored to be the first recipient of the Northstar Award. We have been privileged to continue our work with Lighthouse by providing six full days of moving services thus far in 2019. We have delivered furniture to more than fifteen families and played a small part in helping each of them on their way to a stable home.  While we love being in a position to give back to our community, our Moving Crews genuinely enjoy meeting and helping the great people that LightHouse DC serves.
