The movers were very respectful and they made the move enjoyable. I did notice a small rip in my couch after the move was over but overall, the move was successful.

They left furniture in my old house. No idea how to move it now. I even made them award numerious times. I even stopped the truck and pointed this out. Additionally, they ruined a brand new mattress that we purchased by placing the ramp and table on it at an awkward position breaking the spine.

I used Two Men and a Truck based on a referral from a friend. I was looking for a company that could move pianos, and the office assistant assured me that their movers had the necessary experience and expertise. Although the movers were very nice, the supervisor had a very casual and dismissive attitude throughout the move, scratching the floors and hitting the walls. My piano also sustained significant damage after they bounced it down the stairs on a dolly. Although the company reimbursed me for the repairs, they never addressed my concerns, which I raised repeatedly via phone calls and e-mails, about the supervisor's disregard of my belongings and both properties. I also wish the movers would have acknowledged they couldn't move the piano--I would have called a professional.

We contacted Brandon about the items stolen and he never responded.

I reported some damages and was asked to provide a receipt. I did and we haven’t heard from them again.

Many items were broken in transit/moving, and that were already present at the house. Antiques were treated as junk as they looked old. Items are still wrapped in plastic as the team did not finish. Boxes were labeled with rooms to go to, they were put wherever. I still have not found my sugar and my main wardrobe, in a wardrobe box, was in the basement. The floors and molding on doors were damaged.

Care was not taken with many of my items based ok their interpretation of worth. They were just throwing boxes. It was really bad. I would not use nor recommend them again

The movers did not buy back the 22 unused boxes as the office explained would happen on the phone and acted as if they had never heard of the concept. There is a huge disconnect between the office and the moving team, making the promises given by the office meaningless. The movers were careless moving everything, banging into walls, the ceiling, railings, etc. chunks of wall were taken out and damage to the home because the movers refused to help each other carry items and did not pay any attention to the space, damaging the property. Had to buy spackle & paint to attempt to repair damages and holes put in the wall. Was told by the office that a third person was assigned to the move to “help.” The third guy let the other two do everything themselves; did nothing but watch the entire time

There were three guys and their attitudes were great. The younger one (at least he appeared to be younger and less experienced) was a little careless. He tried to handle some things on his own when he should have had help. But, overall things went well. I called the office the day before our move because I hadn't heard from anyone to confirm the move. I was told that someone would call a couple days prior. After the move, I couldn't locate a large curtain rod so I called the office to see if it could have been left on the truck. I was told that someone by the name of Brett would check into it and call me back that day. At the end of the day I hadn't heard anything so I called back and was told that the truck was out but that Brett would call me the next morning. He never called.

One of the movers broke something and brought to my attention and the guys took a picture to report back to the office. They wanted to know that I would be taken care of and satisfied with the total job.

The crew that handled the move was just great. They were personable and experienced- they solved problems quickly and worked well as a team.
