Team need to learn how to move a Sleep Number bed . My mattress was torn and dirty from them dragging it

Great job all around. Office team set up and explained options. Three movers that came out did a quick and professional move. Will definitely use this service again.

We’ve moved multiple times and have never had our home and items treated so poorly. Not only that, but we’ve always had 30 days to claim damages. It’s been a week and I’m told that I cannot claim new damages found to items in my house. We have a lot of personal items in a large house and I was not physically able to examine everything in the time provided.

I hired two men, at an hourly rate, to move furniture and other items from my second floor to my basement, as well as carrying many bags of trash from second floor to the garage. I expected it to take about 2 hours; they were finished in 50 minutes. They began work promptly on arrival and worked continuously for the time they were there. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. They were careful with the items as well as my house. For all the items that moved, there was one small mar on a stairway wall, which I consider amazing considering the number of trips they make up and down the stairs. I would certainly use this company again and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

Two Men and a Truck was a fairly good option for my family move. They were efficient and affordable. The guys worked hard to quickly move us out. The crew leaders were especially hard working and effective. Only complaint is they were moving a bit TOO fast especially in our new home. I had told them about the newly installed floors but they scraped them up a bit and left a sizable dent in a spot which was disappointing. One of the crew dropped a vase and cracked it and then argued with my wife saying it was already broken when we had personally observed it being dropped and cracking. One member of the team was very lazy and provided little value to the team...if it were not for the hard work and respectfulness of the crew leaders my review would have been much different. Overall C+/B- job.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care showed to my belongings. The men were competing with each other to see who could move the most, the quickest. My items were thrown and items that should have been carried by 2 men, were carried by 1 and are now in pieces and broken. A friend was at my home & witnessed the conversation. I have several broken items, only 2 of which were noted because I couldn't see or get to the rest of my items because the men left them in a pile because they were in a hurry to get home. I have received no compensation for the 2 items that were noted - an antique dresser and cupboard. I was asked to give a tip to them when they were leaving. I was so shocked, I gave them all the money I had in my wallet at the time. Asking for a tip is rude and unprofessional.

It was a mixed experience. The team arrived on time. They began work immediately. One team member had a bad attitude from the start and throughout the day, one had a great attitude, the third mixed. They argued with each other about how to move items. They complained about the work that had to be done, including taking apart a glass table and two cribs, which I was told would be done by the office staff. It took a full 8 hours so the cost was above the highest estimated amount which was disappointing. They had a worse attitude at the new place, complaining about how heavy items were or that they had to move something upstairs instead putting them in the first floor bedroom, their preference. They argued about calculating the total charge. They broke a small glass end table.

I was very happy with the moving experience except that one of the movers broke a leg on a dresser. The mover said he was sorry and the driver explained the damage claim process well. Aside from the damage, they were courteous and professional.
The follow-up on the damage claim took two weeks and it was difficult to get timely responses, but the employees I spoke to were also courteous and professional. Overall a good experience but not perfect. There's room for improvement on both the moving and claims sides.

Two men and a truck pulled up in front of my house with four men on the truck with gold grills placed in your mouth for teeth. They looks like an acted like something straight out of the streets of the inner city. Bad attitudes wanting to fight me and my husband and broke furniture in every room of my house. Two days later I find that my bed had not been put together properly or securely. The bolts were never tightened. After they left I also found that my bookcase was broken and that one of the supporting pieces to my moms bed was never put underneath to hold the bed up. I paid for additional insurance coverage which no one ever sent me a copy of so I can make my claim. Your office won’t reimbursing me for my loss. I find that the supervisors and Matt have been very unprofessional .
