The movers were on time, courteous and careful with everything. The move was done very quickly and the cost was fair. There was some discrepancy in the amount of items to be moved. I was as clear as I could be on the phone with the office staff while in the process of packing, but I was not accurate. If someone had come to see what was there, the estimate would’ve been more accurate.

The only complaint I have is that when unloading at my destination, the movers placed/piled heavy boxes on top of each other and it was difficult to unpack them. Also in the process of piling them high, they scaffed and scratched the paint off some of my kitchen cabinets. They were recently painted cabinets; boxes clearly labeled for the master bedroom dumped in kitchen. Overall, great movers

We know moving can be difficult so we make it our mission for the process to be as stress-free and easy as possible for you. We did go over your complaint with your move team and they did explain that the house we moved you into was smaller than the house we moved you out of. This left limited space for your amount of boxes moved. Sorry for any inconveniences this made for you. We wish you all the best in your new home!

Ashley worked with our pricing estimate and scheduling. She kept us up to date with the process. Doc, Jerome, Hank, and Brandon were all very polite and professional during the load. Jerome kept in touch during the travel day, and Jerome and Doc were fantastic again on the move in. An all around positive experience.
