The moving team was slow to move a fairly small load, which should not have taken 9 hours. They didn’t seem tohave the expertise to maneuver standard furniture in tight spaces and we had to put several pieces of furniture into storage.

We are sorry to hear that you was not 100% happy with your move experience, Steve. We would like to respond to your criticism. The small load that you claim to have had, was actually a three quarters full 26 foot moving van including an attic on the box. The move crew took extra items that were not on your inventory sheet that took extra time not figured in on your original estimate. You had one of our most experienced move crew that day. The movers measured your door way and showed you that your couch would not fit. They did try several angles. We are not equipped to take off spring loaded metal apartment doors. Your couch has a wood frame with wooden legs that will not come off. A couch built like this does not have any give in the cushion area for tight spots. Thank you for your review and allowing us to do a response.
