Dayln Slaughter is the Operations Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, where he leads with hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence. Starting his journey as a driver, Dayln worked his way up through dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of every part of the moving process. Today, he plays a key role in streamlining operations, developing strong teams, and ensuring every move meets the highest standards of customer service.

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we take pride in providing excellent customer service. I started with the company as a customer service representative, spending a year and a half helping customers navigate their moves. Through dedication and a focus on customer satisfaction, I transitioned into the role of office manager, where I now support our team in delivering reliable and efficient moving services.

Having moved numerous times myself, I understand just how stressful the process can be. With four years of customer service experience, I am committed to making your move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you need guidance, support, or answers to your questions, I’m here to help every step of the way!

Chad has been named Employee of the Month for February due to his outstanding performance, including completing the second-highest number of moves and receiving the most positive survey responses and Google reviews. He has been a dedicated member of our team since July 2024.
