Aaron joined our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in August 2024 as a mover and quickly proved himself to be a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking team member. His strong work ethic and leadership skills helped him move up through the ranks, earning his current role as Assistant Operations Manager.

In his position, Aaron helps ensure each move runs smoothly from start to finish, supporting both our crews and customers every step of the way. His hands-on experience in the field gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver the high-quality service our customers know and trust.

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we take pride in providing excellent customer service. I started with the company as a customer service representative, spending a year and a half helping customers navigate their moves. Through dedication and a focus on customer satisfaction, I transitioned into the role of office manager, where I now support our team in delivering reliable and efficient moving services.

Having moved numerous times myself, I understand just how stressful the process can be. With four years of customer service experience, I am committed to making your move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you need guidance, support, or answers to your questions, I’m here to help every step of the way!

I joined the team just under a year ago as a Customer Service Representative, and from the start, I’ve really enjoyed helping customers feel confident and supported throughout their move. Working in a fast-paced environment has pushed me to stay organized, build strong relationships, and always keep the customer experience top of mind.

Now, as Sales Manager, I’m excited to support my team while continuing to focus on providing the best possible service to our customers. I’m looking forward to growing in this role and continuing to make a positive impact every day.
