Aaron joined our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in August 2024 as a mover and quickly proved himself to be a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking team member. His strong work ethic and leadership skills helped him move up through the ranks, earning his current role as Assistant Operations Manager.

In his position, Aaron helps ensure each move runs smoothly from start to finish, supporting both our crews and customers every step of the way. His hands-on experience in the field gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver the high-quality service our customers know and trust.

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we take pride in providing excellent customer service. I started with the company as a customer service representative, spending a year and a half helping customers navigate their moves. Through dedication and a focus on customer satisfaction, I transitioned into the role of office manager, where I now support our team in delivering reliable and efficient moving services.

Henry spent a decade split between a manager and driver at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, distinguishing himself as a remarkable leader and customer service expert. Over these ten years, he exhibited outstanding leadership skills, guiding his team effectively in countless moves. Henry's exceptional ability to assist and connect with customers made him a standout performer, earning the trust and satisfaction of numerous clients. Anthony has been a valued member of our team since September of 2020, and his dedication to providing exceptional service has made him a favorite among both customers and coworkers. Dedrick has been a valued member of our team since joining us in November 2024, consistently showing up ready to work hard and support both his team and our customers. His positive attitude and determination have truly set him apart, earning him a well-deserved promotion from mover to driver.

Emma Frens joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in August 2026 as a Customer Service Representative and has quickly become a wonderful addition to the team. From day one, Emma has jumped right in, learning the moving industry and all the ins and outs of helping customers through the moving process.

Known for her friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, Emma brings a great energy to the office every day. She enjoys connecting with customers, helping make the moving process a little less stressful, and being part of a team that truly cares about the people they serve.

Seth began his career in the moving industry as a Mover with a previous moving company, where he gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of the moving process and the importance of exceptional customer service. As he grew in the industry, Seth advanced into an Assistant Manager and Estimator role, taking on increased responsibilities in team leadership, operations, and sales.

Now, Seth is bringing his experience and passion for helping customers to his new role as Sales Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He is excited to be part of the team, build lasting relationships with customers, and use his industry knowledge and leadership experience to help make every move a positive experience.
