We can not say enough about our moving team! Daryl, Lee and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They were very efficient, extremely helpful and polite. It was such a joy to work with them. You should be very proud of the customer service they provide. In a time when people don't want to work and are sometimes difficult to work with, these 3 young men went above and beyond! Thank you so much guys!!!

Office team was very courteous and professional. The only area for improvement is communicating that times are based on the truck leaving and returning to the office, not the location of the move. So an hour is automatically baked into the cost just for driving to/from.

The moving team was excellent but did arrive late. They were professional and courteous and packed and moved items with care.
Response
Glad to hear that you had a professional and courteous moving team. Unfortunately, sometimes our crews might arrive a few minutes late due to things out of their control. We hope to work with you again in the future!

The moving team worked in a very professional manner and made use of every minute to keep working until the job was done. Their attention to not having anything damaged was outstanding. I have used this company many times in the past and have never been disappointed.

The guys that did my move were great. They were able to explain anything we inquired about and made sure that our furniture was well protected. Everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to call if I have to move again.

Padding and wrapping are key in keeping furniture protected during a move. It's one of the small touches we provide that help add up to excellent service. We hope you will let us move you again in the future.

I highered 4 men and the office only sent 3. I ended up having to help move my gun safe. Not happy about that.

The driver messed up the New neighbors lawn with the truck.
Response
Shiloh, we made sure that the manager knows about your concerns. I am certain they will be following up.

Lee, chase, and Tyler were great during our move. They were fast and efficient, and also hilarious. This was the easiest move I’ve ever had, and will 100% use you all again. Worth every penny!
