I have always received good service from this company. The movers were great and took great care of my property. I had to reach out to the office twice after my initial call. The first time was to get a confirmation because nobody called me back. The second time was a week before the move because I had not received any kind of paper or electronic confirmation of my booking. My only issue was the length of time it took and the price. I moved the same distance 7 years ago and only had two movers instead of three and they finished in under 6 hours instead of 8. And the price has doubled. I used to think two men and a truck offered good value, but when you only pay your employees $11-14 an hour, $186 per hour seems pretty steep.
