I told the office ALL moving needs including the piano/explained steps etc. I was shocked that 2/3 movers had never moved a piano before. Why am I paying $900 for this to be done by people that have never done this before? "Making Your Move Hassle-Free" on your website is the opposite of what happened. The movers were EXTREMELY NICE and tried their absolute best. This is not on them. My problem is with MANAGEMENT-why are these the movers you sent me? Unfair situation for all parties. Paying hourly=very stressful. It took longer since they were learning on the job. Some of the labeled items in the truck were forgotten about after piano stress and were taken to THE WRONG LOCATION. My mom and I were left moving boxes ourselves. Why did I pay $900 to end up moving things myself?

I have made 10 moves. This was by far the best move I’ve ever had. Nothing was broken or missing. Two movers were awesome!!!!

We needed a moving service for a recent purchase with not much advance warning. The office staff arrange a same day pick up / delivery. Dakota and Joel showed up on time and were extremely fast and efficient getting the furniture wrapped and loaded. Once delivered they made sure everything was put where we wanted and that we were satisfied. Beyond that they were very friendly and courteous. If I have moving needs in the future I will not only utilize 2 Men and a Truck but will ask for Dakota and Joel specifically. Thanks for taking care of us guys.
