I was very pleased with the service of the front office in the beginning Kourtney was lovely. The two guys that came to the house were awesome until they scratched my hardwood floors pretty tremendously. It seems we have received nothing but run around from the office it’s been almost 2 weeks with no solution. Gave an easy out I’ve just moving the furniture back in and we would live with the floors but looking at them after two weeks and I’m highly disappointed. We’ve had to initiate every call with no callbacks. We have received very unsatisfactory service.

I'm generally very pleased with the move. They were on time, worked quickly and very pleasant. Unfortunately my TV screen was damaged during the move and now unusable. But with that said, I will use you again.

My name is David . Two men and a truck got us moved in five hours and took care of everything we asked them to do was Satisfied with the move. Although we had scratches on my daughters bedroom furniture and a broken table leg. Other than that things went fine

Mover wasn’t careful with mattress, literally bumped it down rough wooden stairs, asked my daughter to “help” carry boxes, unprofessional manners, forgot to load her large mirror and wasted lots of time going back to get it, poor communication during this whole thing. Front desk never called me back as promised when I called to complain about poor service. Never recommending this company to anyone!!!

The team was much later than quoted, they had a long day and seemed a little upset that they were at my job. LOTS of damage to my house that had been freshly painted. I know it’s a hard job and I am sure they were exhausted and I think they just wanted to get out of there. I used the company on my last move and didn’t have the damage that I hav won this one. I was shocked. I hope two men and a truck make it right!

Thank you for the gift certificate for SeniorCare Experts. I would like to have my safe replaced that was dropped and broken during the move.

The movers were great and careful until one mover tried to carry a table by himself and dented my wall. Someone is supposed to come today to fix it. Now my refrigerator is not making ice or giving me water. I am afraid they forgot to reconnect the water hose when they out the doors back on. Hopefully the employee that comes today to fix the dent will fix that too.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was with the timing. Originally when I called I wasn’t sure if we needed services in the am or pm. So they put us down for 9am. Then I called back and moved it to 2pm. Then I called back again and moved it to noon. However the person I talked to failed to move it to noon and at 12:30 on moving day no one shows up. So I call and finally get someone to my house at 2:30. Which is still 30 minutes past the time they said they’d be there originally! It was very frustrating in the moment. Now that we are moved it’s not that big of a deal.

A very good experience. Office staff very helpful. The men were effective and had some good suggestions. All were pleasant and helpful.

The two gentlemen that moved our items were hard working and professional.
