Never received contract via email from office. Did not see contract ahead of time prior to moving time. Unaware of breakage of glass not covered.
The two men were pleasant. Wrapping of furniture looked good during packing. Both men moved all pieces on the packing end. On the receiving end, all pieces were moved by only one individual into a ranch home via dolly. The men seemed tired at that point and in somewhat of a rush. One man fell with a large dresser falling on top of him during the dolling process through the front door. On inspecting furniture after they left, we found there was damage to the dresser that fell, a hutch with cracked wood, chipped corner on curio, bed footboard broken. Dings, dents, scratches on walls in both houses.

Kevin and Cody worked very hard to make sure my move went well. We had stops at several locations before the final destination. They asked the right questions during the move, so things were clear and there were no misunderstandings. What a great team! They were prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. I hired 3 men so 1 man was always loading small items but I found 1 man always standing around.

The movers Brandon and Zack were excellent! I couldn't have been more thankful to have them as my moving team. If I ever need movers again I will definitely be requesting those two!!

Tha movers were courteous and worked well. With the breaking of the table legs, we feel that they may need some more training in preparation of shipping specific items. We await the outcome of a agreeable settlement.

I was not fully explained the pricing originally, so when the moving guy told me total I was alittle surprised. I called and the women could not do anything for me, but shortly after I hung up w her, someone called me right back and made it right. I appreciated that so much and would definitely use them in the future bc of this reason. The 2 moving guys also did a fantastic job.

It was default it has an extra charge on our software. It's my understanding our manager immediately refunded the mistake and it should be all corrected. I apologize for any inconvenience.</div>

Everything was terrific. The guys arrived on time (early) and worked extremely hard to make sure our valuables stayed safe and secure. Each guy (Tony, Scott & Anthony) was personable and friendly; we even learned a little about their homes lives! It was nice to have confident helpers on a day that usually can be very stressful. I've helped friends and family move, and their moving companies could not even compare to the excellent service we received.

Zack and Branden were great! They were very professional in all that they did. We were very impressed with the speed with which they worked. They were attentive to our needs and concerns. I would hire them again any time I move. I also will recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone that considers moving. Kara at the office was great also!
