Overall the experience was acceptable, and the staff was nice. I was unhappy with a few items that were damaged, and an antique that got the paint removed due to the stickers that were applied. We still have the majority of the boxes to unpack so i cant speak on behalf of the contents inside of them yet.

The price I paid was almost double what was originally quoted. There was one item damaged during the move. The movers themselves were professional and good at their jobs. The office staff grossly underestimated the price of the job. When I am budgeting for one price and the final price is almost double, it is extremely frustrating.

The guys were hired to move a gun safe from one house basement to another. They removed the safe without any issue's from the current home. Then damaged the wall in the new house and after damaging the wall in the new house refused to take the safe downstairs saying it's company policy not take safes down stairs with turns. This was only said AFTER they put a LARGE hole in the wall. They then said they shouldn't have even moved it out of the other house because of a turn in the stairs. I really should not have paid the invoice. I did it only because the move is already stressful and I didn't have time or desire to argue.

When unpacking dishes found two broken
Also for just cross town moving
Spent to much time getting furniture ready. Not sure all plastic wrapping was necessary
Might have save 2 hours by not wrapping

It was a great experience, I will definitely use this company again.

was very happy with your team would tell everyonehow good you where

I felt the men were the best moving team I ever had. Prompt, carefull and effiecient and affordable. Very pleased with them.

They worked within my budget to move all my big items and the furniture that I couldn't lift. Very friendly and helpful. They took care of my things.

We had a lot to move and the movers really took time to say hey we are going to need more help and brought extra people to finish the job. While a few things were left in down and random boxes placed wherever, the guys did a good job and got the majority of the stuff done.

They worked hard and were very respectful. Micheal even took the time to take apart a few pieces of furniture.

On the coldest March day in years, the guys showed up on time and got right to work, never complaining about being cold. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and did a great job. They even helped unhook the car from the auto transport. Great guys and I highly recommend their services.
