The move went very smooth for planning the move to the a actual move with Two Men and a Truck. The moving team carefully wrapped all the furniture and place all the items in the new place where I asked. The entire team was caring and hard working. Overall it was worth the money I spent.

The packing team did a very good job. The moving team overlooked a whole closet of boxes and left items behind. The packers told me certain items such as brooms would be handled by the movers. They were not.

Movers were great! We really enjoyed them and they are very hard working young men. They were very careful with our furniture. Unfortunately one of them dropped an end table and damaged it. It wasn't severely damaged and we know accidents happen so we didn't make a bid deal out of it. We were told someone would try to fix it and if not we would receive some sort of refund. Someone was supposed to get back with us but never did. I called to find out about it and they were "checking" on it and would get back with me. I'm still waiting for that return call? So follow up after they receive their money is not one of their strong points.
Other than than we highly recommend Two Men And A Truck.

Overall, the service and attitude was great. I did have some pieces of an appliance that came up missing during the move. Now I have to fix this so it can sit upright.

I was charged for them to be lost, considered drive time. I was charged for them to go to the gas station for lunch, scratched my brand new floor, and my dresser. Stopped multiple times to “refigure” my bill. Completely disgusted with what I had to pay! Totally unfair to the customer. And I called, NO RESPONSE!

They broke legs off of my jewelry cabinet that was my moms. almost a month has gone by and I have not heard from their adjuster yet.

The movers were courteous and on time, however, they broke 2 of my televisions and never brought all of my furnishings to my new location. I had to return 2 of my chairs to my previous residence that were not supposed to be moved.

My two movers were excellent. They asked questions, had a positive attitude/demeanor, and were thorough in communicating where things were to be placed. They were outstanding ambassadors of your company and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

The only negative was that there was a small (baseball sized) rip on my mattress, but it should not affect the integrity of the mattress. I know it was a tight fit up the stairs, but still stinks-just a reality of moving. The lead mover was upfront about it after we checked all the rooms and I appreciate him bringing it to my attention prior to him leaving rather than me discovering it on my own.

The moving team were diligent in there work, very polite and displayed a good attitude. A few of the furniture pieces were rather heavy and they moved them to the second floor, which we appreciated. We tipped them very well for having to carry those pieces to the 2nd floor. But, we did have a couple of pieces of furniture that were damaged. Nothing was said by the movers at the time, although they were aware of the damage. We hope we are able to glue those pieces back to normal. We feel they might have hurried a little too much in the unloading process, causing the damage. Looking back at the whole process, we are somewhat satisfied.

Scratched a bit of my belongings. Scratched the walls of every stairway while carrying up my couch - huge black marks were left on the walls and I hope I do not get charged by my apartment complex for this. I felt the price was extremely expensive because I did not have that many things I needed help moving - I pretty much did all of the moving myself other than the big furniture items I needed help with. Other than that I thought the moving team was efficient and I had a good experience overall.
