The service was great. The team leader (Lance) was very courteous and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I understood the moving process. During the move, one of the guys had to leave for the day and Kyle (a manager) replaced him. Kyle was great too and was very skilled and knowledgable about the move process. I'm waiting to hear back from Kyle as well to replace a broken furniture piece that happened during the move as he promised to follow up with the retailer and/or manufacturer. Thanks guys!

After spending over $1100 on this move I am not very happy. One of the dressers has a large nick out of one of the legs. One box was dropped from the dolly which had an antique bowl in it was shattered, the antique Ball jar was also shattered along with other dishes. The refrigerator doors now have large nicks out of them. One crew member seemed to be experienced but was teaching the other one which added to the time worked.

In general, I am very happy about the service and professionalism of all TMAAT staff. There were some minor scratches on some of our furnitures, but I guess that's unavoidable. The office staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Took a while for me to get the invoice though.

The movers were wonderful. There was a door jam that was dinged but your company is on top of that which surprised us. Will definitely use again should we ever relocate.

Jay and Matt were fantastic. They were both extremely professional and worked nonstop from the time they arrived. With the move taking about 9 hours, I would have expected them to take a break sometime, but they stopped and got lunch on the way from the condo to the house, and that was the only break I saw them take. They are both to be commended on their professionalism and work ethic.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck did far exceed my expectations of a moving experience. I'm so thankful that's who we called. I would recommend them and use them again.
