Having moved multiple times with other companies, TM&T are definitely the best. Except two of my purchased boxes were already damaged before I bought them which were in the middle of the pile so they didn’t see it. I am sure they would have exchanged them but we noticed it too late.

The 2 guys that came out were nice, but very very slow moving. They left trash in the yard and in the storage unit. They packed several book boxes on top of a plastic container- crushing it and making everything fall. As well as placing several book boxes on a box marked "candles", again crushing them/breaking glass candles and sending all boxes falling. They did not use their dolly- instead using mine and breaking it. They stacked boxes on a fireplace wood holder, bending the legs. They did not stack items to the top of the storage unit- wasting a whole lot of space! They did not move everything we had asked them to move, I'm sure partly due to them running out of time- because they were so slow. We also have asked for an itemized receipt and still have not received one.

The men who moved us were thoughtful and careful with our possessions. They were personable and comfortable to talk to.
Things became more stressful and hurried when a supervisor showed up. Some items hit the kitchen door jamb and left some minor damage to the door while he was supervising the crew.
