THE training PROCESS
We understand having two movers enter your home can be a little uneasy, but no need to fret! Our teams are thoroughly trained and ready to help move you forward. They start with a classroom-style setting where they learn the ins and outs of not only the moving business but TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. They learn the history of the company, as well as company policies to ensure your move goes smoothly.
Day two is packed full of hands-on training where our new move heroes learn how to properly pad and stretch wrap your items. They practice loading one of our 26-foot trucks with our trainers and operations manager. Collectively, our trainers have helped move over 3,000 people, businesses, and charities forward over the last 3 years! We take pride in our training process and we hope we can show off our skills on your next move!
