Disconnects on the office side. I was told one thing about payment during the quote, something else by the packing team, and then something else the following morning by the office.
Moving team sat in the truck for a while, missed items & didn’t communicate certain issues. Informed consent was not a priority it seems. Lack of attention to detail - partial and whole items left behind

Charley, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. What you described is not the level of clarity, communication, or care we aim to provide, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We are addressing this internally with both our office and moving teams to ensure our processes are followed consistently and that communication is clear at every stage of the move. Please call our office with any further issues or concerns you have.

Perhaps to close the door behind them. Not totally, but at least close to latching. Particularly in the winter. It's not a complaint at all, just a suggestion. Great team that we had.

The 2 guys that moved me were very timely and efficient. It went smooth. They were nice enough to take my couch back to my ex wife when it wouldn't fit due to the construction and design of my new apartment. Overall I had a very positive experience with Two Men and a Truck, thank you!

Everything went really smooth! It was snowing and they still got the job done quicker than we were expecting. They didn’t complain about having to go up 2 flights of stairs, or the freezing cold and snow. They were respectful of my space, and moved all of my furniture carefully. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that is moving and wants a reasonable price and professional experience!
