The guys worked very hard. At times they were goofing off, but the job was WAYYYY under-estimated by the telephone person.
Also, they did not put the beds back together (which I offered to do because they were exhausted and it was late), but they didn't have ALL of the hardware!

The men (Nicholas, Robert & Malcom) were outstanding! They were friendly and courteous.

The office staff did a great job of explaining what to expect and estimated time, manpower, & cost. The only hitch was that we were given a time at which the move would commence and received a phone call the day before confirming said time. The day of the move, the moving team called two hours ahead of the expected time to say they were on the way. They had been told or somehow had the impression that the move was to commence two hours earlier. We told them we had to stick with the original time, and they complied.

The crew worked swiftly yet carefully. They were prompt and explained well the paperwork we needed to sign. They were very personable, and their appearance was tidy and appealing.

I used your service in the past and was very pleased. Upon using this time I had the same gentleman that I had before which was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that move one thing or a entire house.

This was our first time using a professional moving company so we were a little nervous at first. Eric and Kent showed up and wasted no time. We did a quick survey of the house and what was to be moved. After that they were fast to work wrapping all furniture as if it were their own and to assure nothing was damaged. From the minute they arrived to the minute they finished these two were nothing less than professional. Great attitude the whole time and willing to make any accommodations necessary to make the move go smooth. This truly was a great experience and cannot say enough good things about Eric and Kent. Thanks again 2 men and a truck!!!!!!

I asked the crew leader (driver) several times to wrap my leather 5 piece sectional before bringing up from the lower level because I didn't want any damage. I expressed how upset I was going to be and he assured me that they would handle with care and wrap in the truck. I observed them pushing the 1st leather piece up my wall and out my front door, I halted them and said to slow down. I had to make them take the time to take the pieces apart further. Three of the 5 pieces were damaged. These were in mint condition, hadn't been moved since the Ashley furniture movers put the couch in its place. The driver was rude and disrespectful to me once i pointed out the damage. The other 3 gentlemen were kind, considerate and polite. This can only be blamed on the laziness of the leader.

The day started off fine but then went down hill. We started with four movers and ended with two. Because they were short handed our movers took longer and, in my opinion, were not as careful because they were just trying to get done. I will say the two men that stayed the whole time were very polite, they started being reckless due to fatigue.
We were charged for extra time because it was a bigger move than they thought. I think if we would have had all the men the entire time, we could have been in time or earlier.
When I booked the appointment we hadn’t started packing but tried to say all the big things we were moving.
I really wanted to have a good experience since I had heard good things, but unfortunately I didn’t.

The men who came to move my mother to the nursing home where courteous, clean and very polite to us both. We will be calling them again when she moves into a larger room and can take more of her belongings with her.

Charlie and Julie were great at the office. The only reason I did not give the office an excellent review is because of Hope. She was definitely subpar, multiple times. Very disappointing. Almost went to another company because of her. Charlie solved the problem.

Also, kudos to Eric, who packed for us on Thursday. Great professional young man!

I served in the military for 28 years so I've been through a lot of moves. This was probably the best and was due mainly to the two men who treated our belongings as if it was their own. They were professional and hard working and are an asset to Two Men And A Truck.
