I am in contact with attorneys over the consumer abuse, negligence, and damage already witnessed and expected once we finish unpacking. I have already contacted the local office, but have yet to hear how they plan to even attempt to rectify the issues they already know about. I will be pursuing damages.

I sent you guys PICTs of the few pieces of furniture that needed to be moved, including a hospital bed. I was quoted $630 to move it all. Upon arrival, Chris told me that to wrap items would be more money. I explained the price should be less than $630, as we no longer needed the hospital bed moved (which would have been the most difficult item to move.) I was still charged $630, with no bed.
