I had to move my schedule around several times and the office was very accomodating. They were up front about pricing and I thought it was fair. The moving team was courteous on moving day.

While the movers were fantastic when an item was broke by a mover the company would not reimburse for it because they said it was not covered! Paid for insurance and was told would not cover the item they broke. Asked to speak to a supervisor and told they were not available. Asked for a call within 24-48 hours and was told she doubted it would happen because of the weekend.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The people I dealt with over the phone while scheduling were all great. The two movers were also great. They were both very nice and polite. They took care of my stuff and they moved fast and efficiently. No complaints.

Very satified with the overall reservation pre move pre process as well as the actual moves. Workers were efficient, able to handle any minor assembly and reassembly issues readily. Would certainly use for any future moves and definitely recommend Two Men & A Truck!
