At TWO MEN A TRUCK® of Northfield, we believe the best way to get into the holiday season is by spreading cheer. In an effort to do so, we partner up with the Salvation Army and deliver all of the toys that are donated by local collection sites. It is so encouraging to see our trucks filled with donated toys and to know they will make so many children happy during the holidays. We also participate in Move For Hunger year-around, so if have any non-perishable food items you would like to donate during your move, let us know and we will collect the donations and deliver them to our local food pantry to help families in need.

Make a Local Impact with Movers for Moms®
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Northbrook, we’re proud to support WINGS Program, Inc., a leading domestic violence agency in Illinois, through our annual Movers for Moms® donation drive. This initiative helps provide critical essentials like food, household items, and daily necessities to women and families working toward safety and independence after experiencing domestic violence.
We’re partnering with local Northbrook businesses and community organizations to expand our reach and make it easy for everyone to get involved. Here are a few simple ways you can support:

We’re currently welcoming local businesses, offices, and organizations to host a Movers for Moms® donation box. Our team will handle delivery and pickup of the box at the end of the campaign (around May 8), making participation simple while supporting a meaningful cause in the community.

Movers for Mutts®
We’re happy to announce that our Movers for Mutts® campaign, held from mid-October through December, successfully collected 1,089 donated items for Border Tails Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter based in Northbrook!
This initiative brought our community together to support dogs in need by supplying essential items that help provide care and comfort while they wait for their forever homes. We’re incredibly thankful for the support of our community partners who helped make this possible:
