We first heard of your company via Lazarus House Homeless Shelter in St. Charles, IL. Your donation to that worthy cause did not go unnoticed and we were happy to use a local company engaged in our community. Regarding our current association with your company, we were extremely appreciative of the care shown to our belongings. Both young men were very hard working and polite.

Overall, the movers were very courteous, professional and helpful. Aside from one broken window panel in our hutch, which they were very regretful for and took to be replaced, they did an excellent job.

My crew, Brian, Andre, and Chris were at all times respectful, courteous, professional. If they saw a possible problem, they notified me first and we came up with a solution together. As you got to know them and they got to know you they were also pretty funny. Would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck North Aurora office to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

My move was a fiasco from the shoddy estimate (way too low) to the packing to the move. I don’t even know where to begin - the estimator did not properly inspect my home or perhaps he would have gave a better estimate. He was in a hurry. The packers did not pack ALL the things they should have and left the movers with too many loose items they had to find space for. The movers left items at my home that I later had to retrieve - lamp, clothes steamer, shelves to my bedroom set, garage items (hangers, jumper cables, stool), blanket, bathroom stool - so many things that I completely filled my large SUV. What’s upsetting is that I walked the final step with the “supervisor” and pointed out what they still needed to load on the truck - and they still forgot. Totally unacceptable.
