Movers were wonderful and careful. Made sure my items were exactly where i wanted them.. Only complaint was being charged 3 hours work when they were so fast they finished in 1 hour.

Larry
Movers were on time and quickly but carefully took care of the furniture that needed moving. My only issue is that they did not have shoe covers for their shoes nor would they take their shoes off in the house. They did however lay down rugs.

Our two movers Adrian and DaVonte from the North Aurora site were amazing. They took such care with our things. They were courteous, funny, quick as all get up at both from and to locations. They were on time and made sure that there wasn't anything more they could do for us before they left.
I would ask for them again...and have shared not only the company name but also to ask for these young men.

I have had experience with two men and a truck through work so it was easy to use you based on past experience. the crew provide was very professional on time and efficient. They loaded out old house in a timely fashion moved things that where being left there to places they needed to be. Asked about anything they where not sure about. Overall an excellent experience.

Our crew was excellent. I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way, with an estimated time of arrival. They arrived right on time and set to work immediately. They took care to lay pads on the floors, stretch wrapped items when appropriate and loaded everything within 45 minutes. They followed us to our storage unit, unloaded and were on their way 1 hr and 15 minutes later. Both men were courteous, friendly and efficient. Based on the interaction with the crew and the work they provided, I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck.
However, I do take issue with your 3 hr minimum. We ended up paying for almost an hour that we did not need. Why not charge only for time used? More fair to the consumer. The only caveat to an otherwise very positive experience.

The crew were efficient and fast. If I have any complaint it is that they would not take anything not fully boxed and sealed due to potential liability reasons, even if the box may not have been in perfect shape. This left a lot on our shoulders after everything finished to complete the move (which we are still working on). Additional assistance packing items would have been appreciated when we were still working on getting everything boxed and sealed the day of.
