Robert Engler
CSR Of The Month
Robert Engler started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in April of 2015 so it is fitting he is CSR Of The Month in April of 2017. In the words of our Sales Manager, "Robert is a sales monster!" March is typically part of the “slow season” but Robert approached it as if it was the middle of the busy season. Robert booked over 120K worth of moves in March, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. Providing this great customer service is second nature for Robert. He loves customer interaction, especially his in-home consultations. Robert understands that moving can be very stressful, so helping to relieve his customers of that stress is very rewarding for him. In the office, Robert is the awesome go-to-guy that everyone likes to be around and we are all lucky to have him. His ability to work with people stems from his military background where he learned the importance of teamwork. Robert also considers himself a big “nerd”. He loves comic books, video games, and he collects Pop! Vinyl figures. He has also participated in Anime Central since 2000, the third largest Anime Convention in North America, and in the last two years he has taken up the role as convention chairperson. It is obvious that Robert loves to give back and help people and it is because of that he is CSR Of The Month.

Sales Manager/Lead Customer Service Representative
I started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in June of 2016. In addition to working here, I am currently pursuing my associate’s degree at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois. I will be completing my degree in December of 2016. I am a little brother and son of a wonderful Mother and Father who are my support system. I love to watch movies with my family and friends. If I am not doing that, I am probably listening to music and working out. I love my job because moving can be one of the most stressful processes for people and from the moment I began working here I've tried my best to help people through the process and make it as simple as possible for them.
Samantha Taylor
Quality Control Manager
From my first day working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I knew that it was something that I would enjoy. I love a challenge and being in quality control that is exactly what each day brings me. Working through customer concerns and trying to find quick solutions to their problems is something that keeps me on my toes. I love when we are able to provide a different experience then what the customer is anticipating. If they have reached the point where they are in contact with me, they are typically frustrated or upset. It is great when we can turn that around and show them that there are companies that truly care about the customer and will always try to do the right thing. This drive and passion comes from the fact that I have three daughters that I spent 15 years with training in martial arts. That training has helped them succeed as they work their way through high school and college. That very same training has also led my youngest daughter to start strength training, which has led to a passion for Strongman Competitions!

With a background in public relations and customer service, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was a natural fit. I started in April of 2014 and it was refreshing to work for a company that actually 'walks the walk' when it comes to delivering service for the customer. Moving is stressful under the best circumstances: The folks here are, without question, among the finest I have ever worked with and truly understand the meaning of Movers Who Care®. My favorite part of this job is the variety of customers and situations. No two customers or moves are the same. Problem solving and delivering great service keeps me fresh and enthusiastic. I grew up in the Chicago area and love the diversity of the people, places and activities this world-class city has to offer. Solving crossword puzzles, photography, writing (and reading!) are favorite activities. Golf is good fun, but I am a total duffer. It is that one good shot that keeps me believing!

I have been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since April of 2016. I have a degree in cinematography so I love to shoot film. I love movies, video games, music, and sports. My favorite sports to play include basketball, bowling, and fishing. I also used to run cross-country which gave me a competitive mindset. My favorite part of my job is my co-workers. Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, everyone comes together as a team and the result is a great company environment. I love when a move is finished and a customer says everything went well and they are happy with the whole process.

I have been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since May of 2015. I started on the trucks as a mover and helped our customers on a daily basis get though the stresses of moving. One day, after completing a challenging move, a customer complimented me on my customer service skills and suggested that I should think about going into customer service. It was at that moment that I started to consider other ways to help our customers and becoming a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customer service representative seemed like the perfect fit. I now utilize the knowledge that I gained as a mover to help better assist our customers. When I am off work, I love spending time with my children. I also love anything that has do with sports but I had to pick a favorite it would be basketball. I currently play in several local leagues and love the sportsmanship of the game.
