Everyone did a great job - most notable was the task I thought impossible; moving our treadmill into the new basement that I thought had too small a doorway. Somehow, they engineered it through. Also, everyone was so careful and very fast! Great experience all around.

I worked with Christina and Vanessa to book my moving day. When some of my items changed that I would be moving they made it very easy to resend another estimate. My moving team of Nate and Rodney (I think it was Rodney- I cannot find my payment slip right now) were quick, amazing, and clean despite the snow.

With such a tight turnaround in needing moving assistance within a senior living community for our loved one, we were in a bind. Everyone is very professional. The only small tweak is that the estimate could be a little closer to the actual cost. Maybe next time the office team can also ask what the weight of the furniture is that is being removed. Other than that it was a great experience and the office team was prompt to call back and the removal team were respectful and took things out of the house carefully.

The guys were personable and did a great job. I didn’t think it would cost almost $1000 to move him from one side of the senior living to assisted living side. That was disappointing and most likely would use another moving company for other moves
