She is a leader in our office with her passion for the job continuously on display. When she’s not at the office, you can find her writing and fishing!

Meet Nikkea, one of our customer service representatives! Nikkea is a true customer service veteran, having more than 11 years of experience in the field. She takes pride in ensuring customers have the best possible experience when working with our franchise. She happily goes out of her way to put them at ease and answer any questions they might have about the moving process.
When she’s not here helping people move forward, you can find her traveling, at the gym, or reading her favorite books. We’re happy to have her on the team!

With over a decade of experience in sales and customer service, I take pride in providing top-notch support. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, biking, and fishing. But above all, my biggest joy comes from spending time with my kids and family. They mean everything to me.
