I'm going to see how my floor and wall repair go first. Unfortunately there was damage to my apartment from the move. I'm still in contact with the office team and I want to see how that goes first before i leave an official review.

We were moving an apartment full of furniture into a new storage unit and when we arrived and began to unload the furniture into the storage unit, the storage unit manager said they had assigned me the wrong unit. The guys then had to move all of the furniture back onto the truck and then go to another unit and unpack. The guys were great and I appreciated their understanding!

The person with whom I worked to schedule my move, Olivia, was very polite and thorough in her explanation of how the billing worked and what was to be expected. The day of the move, the team of movers (Austin, Tommy and Malan) were very professional and polite. They took great care in wrapping and loading our items. I'd recommend them to anyone and will use again if I ever move!
