The person who first reached out to me after I submitted an estimate online took a great deal of stress off of my plate bc he was kind and calm. I was so impressed with how he handled my call that I didn’t bother to look at other companies. The day of the move, the guys were open about their arrival time and were all very personable, especially Logan. I had very little stress thanks to that team.

The moving team was great! My only complaint was how long the move took. I wish I would’ve been told ahead of time that breaking down my bed myself would save time. I also wish I would’ve been able to easily access my estimate/proposal easily. I kept getting a “request a new link” option when I tried to remind myself what I put on my original request.

The team was professional, courteous and efficient. They verified they were putting the right things on the truck, wrapped/padded furniture and, put the labeled boxes together by room at the destination which helped make our unpacking more organized. The entire move took less than 5 hours! Shout out to Jimmy and his team for making a potentially stressful time feel like a walk in park!

My movers were AMAZING. One was Jimmy and I forgot the other guy’s name but 10/10 give them a raise. Like look through your invoices for full names of moving team and give them a raise. I didn’t really need the office team. Pay your moving team more, they’re awesome. :)

Very slow and very unprofessional. My movers started the timer when they were still driving the truck - to my understanding I already paid a flat fee for them to get here so I was double charged. They tried to ignore my questions and concerns. One of the movers was vaping by the truck. They also would not let me insure my stuff - they crossed off the $25 insurance despite me saying to keep it.

The experience was great. Moved some big furniture from an apartment in Wrigleyville to a house in the suburbs and the two-man crew that came out was fantastic. They were efficient, careful and courteous and made the move very easy for us. Can't recommend you guys highly enough. Thanks!
