The office staff were very kind and professional. I've never used a moving service before and they really helped me understand the process and the associated costs so I could feel fully prepared before hand. On the day of, the moving team showed up early and both movers were very kind and professional. They got the entire move done from start to finish in under 90 without damaging a single thing.

The moving crew was polite, professional, and quick! Unfortunately they did cut a slit into the couch, and although I've let you (Two Men and a Truck) know this happened two days ago, I have not heard anything back about remedying the claim. I continue to get emails and texts to leave reviews and complete surveys, but silence on my damaged furniture.
