The team was great, very hard working. The estimate and sign on process was a little vague. For example I mentioned that we might need a few boxes packed in the kitchen glassware etc. when the guys got here they said they don’t pack that it is done the day before so if we hadn’t packed it anyway we would have been stuck. The time estimate was too short given the high rise move didn’t res dock l
