Affordable service. The movers were nice, efficient and communicative. My only issue was that my bed was not handled with the best care. I had a lot of dents/scratches after and the movers did not re-assemble the bed after disassembling it. I would use the service again but will remind the movers to be very gentle with my belongings.

While I had a delivery date scheduled, I had no idea what time the delivery would arrive. I contacted you via email and telephone, but I did not receive any notification until the delivery people were already on their way.

Very good communication skills we used by both men. Handled their job and skills matched when asked to provide service upon placing items in the apartment.

We've been customers of Two Men and a Truck for decades and used them for another recent move. The crew was on time, courteous, and they really hustled! The office staff was fantastic from the scheduling to logistics to the customer service follow up. They care about customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. We highly recommend Chicago Two Men and a Truck!

Elio and the crew were fantastic; I got thrown some life curveballs and wasn’t nearly as prepared as I usually am (have used Two Men for my last several moves, by the way) but they were able to work with and around me to optimize a plan and get it done. I have a lot of delicate and unwieldy items and they delivered with peace of mind as always.
