Don't usually bother with these reviews unless I'm upset about something. In this case I was very impressed with the service I received and particularly with the crew who did the move. They were efficient and careful, and they were all pleasant to work with. AND was surprised that the final price was below the estimate.

The two young men who came to my home were polite and hard working. They were careful with my furniture and respected my ideas as to placement of it. They worked extremely well as a team! I would recommend them to anyone needing movers!

Everything was great. The only glitch was that when the unplugged the TV to move it, they unplugged the cord from the back of the TV, not the wall, and the cord was left behind.

Rikki was amazing during the whole process to make the move as good as possible. Ryan, Kerr, and team were extremely frieindly, professional, and took great care of our possessions. They went above and beyond at the Red Dot storage facility and always kept me informed on progress and what to expect. Nothing was broken and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend!

The movers were on time, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend the team out of Crystal Lake, IL to friends and family. I did get a small scratch on a table, but they have already contacted me and are sending out a vendor to make the repair.

A little confusion from what I scheduled and what they told upon arrival but the managed situation and folks were nice and worked hard to complete move.
