Lowest priced option, acceptable but not outstanding results. Several things broken, only one was brought to our attention. Still finding small things that haven't been discussed. One small breakage in particular was witnessed, the mover didn't know I was watching, went the other way and didn't mention it. If anyone asked, the answer would be- it was fine, but certainly no extra care was taken to preserve personal property moved.

The crew called when leaving and introduced each of themselves upon arrival. They worked quickly and carefully. Wrapped fragile pieces well. Was able to fit all contents into a storage unit with careful packing of the unit. Finished in a shorter time than estimated and were very polite and friendly. There was a table which was scratched and they quickly told me about it and packed it into unit last so it can be easily accessed by Two Men and a Truck for repair. I appreciate their honesty to make me aware of it. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone else who is looking to move. I plan to use them when moving out of the storage unit.

Overall service was excellent. Staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous! Rated care as Acceptable as we did have a computer monitor arrive cracked. It was package and wrapped in bubble wrap, however, we believe there was weight placed on top of the box which caused the crack, even with the box being labeled "fragile" and "computer". I don't believe staff read/checked the boxes for written notice of fragile items and they stacked them and handled them. Quote, pickup and delivery all went great.

Broke a lamp, put dings in doorway openings and walls, was not very careful with carrying my furniture. Had 5 teenagers, paid for 4 guys, supervisor stopped by for 10 minutes, felt like this crew needed guidance. Paid for 4.5 hours when I felt they could have packed the truck better with my furniture and got everything the first load... not a good experience and I will never use again, especially in summer when the crew is all kids.

Very happy with my experience. One item of furniture was damaged but it was simply an accident and the leader of the moving crew did an excellent job in managing it.
