Moving our community forward

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Crystal Lake has been a proud member of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and the Illinois Movers and Warehousemen's Association since 2003, also serving on the Board of Directors. As a local business it is important to give back. Building relationships within our community is important to us.  Without our community we would not continue to prosper and grow.

As we continue growing we are always looking for new opportunities to help our community. Let’s start building our own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® partnership — we would love to work with you. Contact us today! We look forward to hearing from you.

Movers for Moms®

Our 2020 Movers for Moms® campaign has started and will end on November 6th!

Our 2020 Movers for Moms® charity campaign has kicked off! We had such great success last year with the help of all our amazing partners. The entire month of October we will be looking for donations to help us make a huge difference in our community. Every donation can make a difference for a mom or child in this shelter. Item donations can be dropped off at our office in Crystal Lake or any of the drop off locations listed below. If you have any questions, please call or email us at Together we can make a difference for the moms at Turning Point.

Here's the list of our 2020 Movers for Moms® Fall campaign partners. All of these businesses are drop-off locations for donations to Turning Point.

Movers for Mutts®

The 2019 fall charity campaign Movers for Mutts® has officially ended! Thank you to all of our wonderful community members who donated to the awesome cause benefiting Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin. Additionally we'd like to thank all of our collection site partners throughout the community, including:

Thanks to the community, we were able to collect 2,273 essential items, and $123 in monetary donations! Everything donated will go directly toward the support and care of animals in need at Anderson Animal Shelter. Thank you all once more! We are so excited for the upcoming fall 2020 campaign!

Did you know that 79% of households in the United States have either a dog or cat? Pets are considered an important part of any family; however, many pets are stray or at-risk and rely on the support from local animal shelters. 6.5 million companion animals enter shelters every year according to the ASPCA.

Animal shelters such as Anderson Animal Shelter often receive no federal funding, and they rely on donations for the care of their animals. This is why TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® strives to meet the needs of local animal shelters. With the help of our community, we can make a difference in hundreds of animals lives.

If you are interested in partnering with us in 2020 or have any questions about our program, please email or call our office.

Local Partners

The Holmstad

During the Christmas holiday season, it brings great joy to set up and take down Christmas trees within the Holmstad community.  Every year the residents await our arrival and watch us as we assemble about 20 artificial Christmas trees. They are always so excited to see us and we are excited to be able to help. Seeing their smiling faces every year is priceless.

Toys for Tots

Helping families in need within our community is very important to us. Our experience with Toys For Tots has been wonderful.  We've been lucky enough to assist them with their donation box collection, toy sorting and distribution to the children. Seeing the excitement of a child in need choosing their own brand new toy for Christmas bring more joy to us than the child will ever get from the toy.
